A few weeks ago, I shared the story of our dear friends, Chris and Mara, who were seeking the completion of their family through adoption. They so very patiently waited for their child to arrive and we were honored to be able to cheer them on from the sidelines through the incredible roller coaster of a wait that adoptive parents go through.
I am so very happy to share with you all that Chris and Mara got “the call” last week Wednesday and, yesterday, met their daughter for the first time. Everyone, meet Emma!
Because of Chris and Mara, I am now convinced that God’s Angels are adoptive parents and the birth parents who realize that amazing, loving homes are waiting with baited breath to accept such love. We cannot wait to meet sweet Emma and celebrate her life and family!
